Our research and development projects
- Research Protocol in collaboration with the Central Hospital of Bolzano, Service of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition:
"CHANGES IN ANTIOXIDANT STATUS, GLUCOSE METABOLISM AND BODY COMPOSITION OF OVERWEIGHT SUBJECTS WITH IMPAIRED FASTING GLUCOSE OR TYPE 2 DIABETES AFTER 12 WEEKS SUPPLEMENTATION OF Whey Protein ProLYOtin® in Diabetics (type II)- PILOT STUDY."
Research protocol - Research Protocols in development stage in collaboration with Andrea Hospital and the Paideia Clinic in Rome:
- "Activity of a dietary supplement in the management of malnutrition and sarcopenia in patients suffering from advanced colorectal or gastroesophageal neoplasm, referred for chemotherapy: multicenter, prospective randomized study, controlled in single blind”
- "Multicenter, randomized prospective, single-blind controlled study to evaluate the activity of a dietary supplement based on protein of highly purified whey (prolyotin®) for the management of malnutrition and sarcopenia in patients suffering from breast or colorectal neoplasm referred for adjuvant chemotherapy
- Scientific pilot studies have been co-financed by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano:
- Project about extraction of the proteins of milk
- Project about dietetic and clinical alimentation
- Project about purification of Stevia
- Project about purification of lactoferrin and its use in alimentation
- Molecular screening.
